went mjc to drain my energy.. n i did it.. i m successful in draining my energy n letting down quite abit 烦恼.
finish 1 200m, 1 100m n 3 400m.
took 13secs to run 100m.
n took 33secs to run 200m. deprove by 5secs. n speed deprove by 1.08m/sec.
went home coz it started to drizzle. walk back wif my face facin up to let the raindrops land on my face. vry cool, vry nice, vry gentle.. is them pityin me..? i do nt nid it. i do admit im sad. bt im willing to let bygones be bygones, provided she reali love my wholeheartedly nw n forever..

tmr mayb gg to swim.
hope swimming cn do better den running in 抛开-ing 烦恼.

am i reali dat useless n 失败? 2times.. i do nt want the 3rd time to come so easily.. i do nt want it to come at all.. coz i love her..
